The Glenda G. Morgan Charitable Foundation (GGMCF) is a small, private
charitable organization formed exclusively for charitable, scientific and
educational purposes. The GGMCF was formed exclusively for the benefit
of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of specific,
named public charities.

At present, the GGMCF supports three public charities: Every Kid
Outreach, Inc.; Florida Fellowship Foundation, Inc., and SunSystem
Development Corporation, d/b/a Florida Hospital Foundation.

However, the GGMCF may select a replacement organization for any of
the above public charities (known as the Supported Organizations) that has
purposes similar to that of any of the Supported Organizations. This may
include any organization whose primary purpose is to create, protect,
preserve, restore, and/or enhance individual and/or community freedoms
and liberties, which may include, but not be limited to, charitable,
educational, environmental, spiritual, and medical purposes, and that is a
publicly supported charity.
